“We discovered a leak in our basement shower which required extensive repair. Design Flooring was incredible in helping us get the repairs completed. The sales team member Deb was so helpful in selecting tile, grout, and schluter colours that worked in the space. She was so knowledgeable about the product and really, really has a good eye for a beautiful, cohesive finished look. She even looked at the lighting in the bathroom and made suggestions as to what would look nice if we changed out the lights at a future date. Now onto the installation. The installer was so professional. No mess, very careful with where he set up with drop cloths, zero dust laying around, and immaculate clean up after each visit and after the tile was installed. The tile, grout and schluter looks incredible - this is masterful workmanship. He also spent a few minutes each day discussing what he would be doing and updating us as he went along. The tiles are set beautifully, so even and straight. Grout looks beautiful, colour is consistent and grout lines are so straight and even. We have a very crooked wall that he was able to work with and the results make the wall look really nice and hides the imperfections. I'm just blown away by how beautiful it looks and the amazing experience working with Design Flooring. As a home owner I was a bit anxious and stressed when we discovered the leak, so it was really nice to work with such a professional, wonderful team to get things back to normal. 100% would recommend this company over and over.
